Pink Dino-Mite
Last week I posted a dinosaur scrapbook layout in boy-ish colors, so today I'm showing the same layout made in girl colors. Take a look:
Here are the ink colors used: Colonial White, Desert Sand, Baby Pink, Cotton Candy, Blush, and Smoothie. (I actually didn't use Cotton Candy, but if you like bright pink colors instead of pastel pinks, then I would suggest substituting Cotton Candy ink for the Baby Pink.)
A corner rounder was used to create the large-scallop border behind the dinosaur-stamped cardstock. In order to make scallops, take off the guard before punching.
For a little frame, I used the Persnickety Journaling Spots, which are a chipboard with a pattern that resists ink. The ink color used on the frame was Blush.
Also, you'll notice the clear sparkles bling added to our feminine dinosaur.
More bling, plus some embellishments from the Smoothie Mini-Medley Accents Collection were added to the top right of the first page, plus behind the photo mat on the first page (see photo below).
More bling on the tags for page two.
Here is page one ready for a title and photo.
Page two ready for photos and journaling on the tags.
The finished scrapbook layout. So fun!
